Light Show turns an audience into the display. Each attendee scans a QR code, types in their seat number, and their phone becomes one pixel in a venue-wide light show — no app install required.
A phone computes its own position from its seat number, downloads the show's timeline, and syncs its clock to the server. When the operator presses go, every phone renders its own color locally from that synced clock, frame by frame.
Because playback is driven by each phone's own clock rather than a live feed, a network drop mid-show doesn't desync the lights — the show keeps playing in sync regardless. v1 supports venues of up to roughly 500 phones.
